50 sets, huh? thats more cardio than muscle gaining workouts xp
why are you mixing up the letter p and d?

Well, you know as they say. You can't get enough of having a brick wall on your torso ^^'

Oh yes! Character replacement is a thing that these characters have. We call them quirks. In this case, these two replace every b with d; every p with q; every d with b; and every q with p. I know, it's confusing :U

Don't worry. Having incredibly high endurance levels gives them a great advantage. And it's not really more cardio than the actual muscle building workouts. The actual workouts are what you should be worrying about ^^;

Well, the entire family had their muscular traits started by their dad (The dude on the first panel) where all the versions of his workouts surpass the normally given gym workouts. Because of this, working out in a gym is pretty redundant for them. They go even heavier; barely having fatigue. There's always time to break the limit. -w-
